Megan Borlase, Ph.D., BCBA-D is the Clinical Director for ABi and is an expert in  the field of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA). Megan has gained valuable experience throughout her work in the disability sector in the UK, USA and New Zealand. Megan earned a Master’s degree in Psychology at the University of Canterbury, New Zealand, and a Master’s degree and Doctorate in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) at Caldwell University, New Jersey, USA. Megan is also qualified through BACB to supervise RBTs, BCaBAs and BCBA candidates.

Megan is a highly experienced presenter who has presented her research at a number of international psychology and ABA conferences. Megan also has a passion to share her knowledge and has experience as a trainer who has lectured students and has also developed workshops and webinars on a variety of ABA topics. She is also in the process of getting several research projects through the publication process. Megan specialises in addressing feeding problems, developmentally appropriate skill acquisition, increasing language, reinforcement and severe behaviours of concern.

Senior Behaviour Consultant


Peta Williams, MPsych (Clin) is a Psychologist and Senior Behaviour Consultant within ABi. Peta has an important role in the team of supporting them with clinical supervision. Peta has completed her Masters in Psychology (Clinical) from the Australian College of Applied Psychology (ACAP) along with a Bachelor of Psychology degree from the University of Western Sydney.

Peta has many years of experience specialising in working with children with autism. She has worked within a number of settings over the years as a behaviour therapist within clinic, home and school settings, working with clients aged between 3 and 18 years of age. Peta has also gained valuable experience working within private practice and also with Ageing, Disability and Home Care (ADHC) as a psychologist, where she provided short-term, goal-orientated treatment to children, adolescents and young adults, along with diagnostic services.

Peta brings vast experience providing effective behaviour support and psychological treatment for a broad range of presentations within children including anxiety, behavioural difficulties, ADHD, learning disorders and disability, including Autism Spectrum Disorder.
