Our Team

Cindy Mihardja – Senior Behaviour Consultant/ Team Leader

Cindy Mihardja is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA). She has a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours) from the University of New South Wales along with a Master of Arts in Applied Behaviour Analysis from Ball State University. Cindy began her career in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) in 2013, and has since gained experience working with children and young adults with developmental disabilities across a variety of settings.

She prides herself on delivering therapy which focuses on building capacity not only for the individual, but also for their families, teachers and carers who provide direct support. She is passionate about making ABA therapy accessible for all, and disseminating this knowledge to school and preschools across Sydney.

Cindy is currently a committee member of Applied Behaviour Analysis Australia (ABAA).


Cayley Miles – Senior Behaviour Consultant

Cayley is the Senior Behaviour Consultant in our Miranda office.

She recently migrated to Australia from Texas where she received her B.A. in Psychology and B.S. in Applied Physiology in 2015 and her M.Ed. in Special Education from the University of Texas in 2016. Cayley has also been a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst since 2016.

Cayley enjoys working with families to tackle challenging behaviours. Her other areas of interest include teaching social skills, conducting feeding interventions, and toilet training.

In her free time, Cayley enjoys cooking, running, and diving in the Royal National Park.


Nadhuva Husein – Senior Behaviour Consultant

Nadhu is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who has more than 10 years of experience working with young children. Nadhu is originally from the Maldives and has moved to Australia during the year 2016. Nadhu got her Mastered Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from the UK, and has lived there for 1.5 years. While studying in the UK, she has also completed her training in PECS (Picture Exchange Communication System) and conducted a research based on the effectiveness of PECS and Proloquo2Go, which are two Alternative and Augmentative Communication (AAC) systems for children with communication difficulties. After her research Nadhu partnered with a software engineer and has developed an iPad application similar to proloquo2Go in the local language, for the children of the Maldives. Nadhu’s current focus as a BCBA is mainly in educating families, training parents and therapists to help tackle challenging behaviors, and skill development using Applied Behavior Analysis.

Nadhu’s passion has always been working with children. Prior to becoming a BCBA, Nadhu was an early education teacher. Nadhu defines her work as a BCBA as her passion rather than a job. Nadhu spends most of her free time playing music, reading and relaxing.

Allison Lozes – Senior Behaviour Consultant

Allison is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) and a Senior Behaviour Consultant based out of the Five Dock office. She received her Masters’ in Special Education with a focus in Autism & Developmental Disabilities from The University of Texas at Austin in 2017 and her Bachelors’ of Science in Psychology from Louisiana State University in 2013. Allison has worked with children in a variety of settings, but fell in love with the science of ABA in 2015 due to the positive results she saw families experience.

While she was living in Texas, Allison enjoyed organizing social events for individuals with special needs, such as a high school dance for teens to practice their social skills and dance moves, while encouraging inclusion and acceptance within the local community. Allison’s other interests include helping families manage challenging behaviours and identify learning opportunities, working with augmentative communication devices, teaching social skills in group settings, encouraging pretend play, and finding ways to make ABA enjoyable for her clients.
